Terms of service.
These terms govern use of the Pipestash website. They incorporate the Privacy Policy by reference. Client work is handled through a separate written agreement, and that agreement controls the paid engagement.
Using this site
Pipestash.com is an informational website for Pipestash's GTM systems agency work. You may browse the site, submit an inquiry, and contact us about a potential engagement. You may not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, scrape it at unreasonable volume, or use it for unlawful activity.
You may use the site only if you are legally able to enter into a binding agreement. If you use the site on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to act for that company.
Inquiries and communications
When you submit your email or contact Pipestash, you agree that we may respond using the contact information you provide. Submitting an inquiry does not create a client relationship, guarantee availability, or obligate either side to start work.
Services are governed by written agreements
Pipestash provides service-led GTM systems work, including Revenue Brain buildouts, workflow design, automation, research, and related advisory or implementation support. The scope, fees, timeline, deliverables, confidentiality terms, data handling, ownership, and payment terms for any client project should be set out in a separate statement of work, master services agreement, order form, NDA, data processing addendum, or similar written agreement.
If these website terms conflict with a signed client agreement, the signed client agreement controls for that engagement.
No professional advice
Content on this site is provided for general business information. It is not legal, tax, financial, security, or compliance advice. You are responsible for deciding whether Pipestash's approach fits your company, systems, data obligations, and internal policies.
Ownership
The Pipestash name, website, branding, copy, graphics, and site design belong to Pipestash or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission. Client deliverable ownership should be handled in the applicable project agreement.
If you send us feedback, suggestions, or general ideas about Pipestash, you allow us to use them without restriction or compensation. Do not send confidential information through the public website form unless we have a confidentiality agreement in place.
AI-generated and AI-assisted work
Pipestash may use AI-assisted tools to support research, analysis, drafting, workflow design, and automation. AI outputs can be incomplete or wrong, so they should be reviewed before use in important decisions. Any client-specific AI handling requirements should be written into the applicable project agreement.
Prohibited uses
You may not use this site to violate law, infringe rights, transmit harmful code, overload infrastructure, impersonate another person or company, collect data at unreasonable volume, or train or improve a competing AI or machine learning system without our written permission.
Third-party services
The site may rely on third-party providers for forms, fonts, hosting, email, scheduling, or other operations. Third-party websites and services are governed by their own terms and policies. Pipestash is not responsible for third-party sites we do not control.
Availability and disclaimers
We try to keep the site accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it will always be error-free, current, secure, or uninterrupted. The site is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent allowed by law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Pipestash will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of this site. For website-related claims, Pipestash's total liability will not exceed one hundred dollars. Liability for paid client services should be addressed in the applicable written agreement.
Indemnification
You agree to defend and hold Pipestash harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your misuse of the site, violation of these terms, or violation of another person's rights.
Time limit for claims
To the fullest extent allowed by law, any claim related to this site must be brought within one year after the claim arises, or it is permanently barred.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Minnesota, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about the website will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Minnesota, unless a signed client agreement says otherwise.
Severability
If part of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining terms will stay in effect. A failure to enforce a provision does not waive our right to enforce it later.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted here with a new "last updated" date. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
