Pipestash is a service-led GTM systems agency. We collect as little data as we can on the public site, and we treat client source material as confidential working data for the specific engagement it supports. By using this site or working with Pipestash, you agree to the practices described here.

What this policy covers

This policy covers information we collect through pipestash.com, inbound email, scheduling conversations, and client engagements where Pipestash helps build Revenue Brain systems, workflows, research, or automation.

If you sign a separate NDA, statement of work, master services agreement, data processing addendum, or similar agreement with Pipestash, that agreement controls where it says something different from this policy.

What we collect

On this site, we collect the work email address you submit through the inquiry form. If you email us or book a call, we may also collect your name, company, role, message contents, calendar details, and any context you choose to share.

During a client engagement, we may work with data you authorize us to access or review. That can include CRM records, call transcripts, sales notes, support tickets, customer feedback, Slack exports, spreadsheets, documents, workflow screenshots, and related business context. We do not access client systems unless the client approves that access.

How we use information

We do not sell personal information. We do not use client data to train public AI models. We do not use one client's confidential information to serve another client.

Client data and AI tools

Pipestash uses software, automation, and AI tools to perform agency work. When client material is processed through a third-party tool, we use it only for the authorized engagement and choose tools based on fit, security, and data-handling terms.

If a project requires stricter handling, such as approved vendors only, no external model processing, local-only processing, retention limits, or a signed data processing addendum, we should put that in the engagement agreement before work begins.

Service providers

We use service providers to run the website and business. These may include form handling, email, calendar, video calls, document storage, hosting, automation, analytics for internal operations, and AI or data-processing tools used during client work. Providers can process information only as needed to provide their services to us.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect rights or safety, to investigate misuse, or as part of a business transaction such as a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets. If that happens, we will handle the information under this policy or a policy with similar protections.

Website email submissions are processed by Formspree. This page also loads Geist fonts from Google Fonts, which may cause Google to receive your IP address when the font files are requested.

Cookies and browser signals

Pipestash does not set tracking cookies on this site today. Your browser or third-party services may still send technical information, such as IP address, user agent, referral URL, and basic request logs, when the site loads. Because there is no single accepted standard for browser "Do Not Track" signals, this site does not currently respond to those signals.

What we don't do

Retention

We keep inquiry information while it is useful for follow-up, business records, or legal compliance. Client materials are retained according to the applicable project agreement or, if no agreement sets a retention period, for as long as needed to deliver the engagement, maintain records, and resolve follow-up questions. You can ask us to delete information, and we will do so unless we need to keep it for legal, security, or contractual reasons.

Your choices

You can request access, correction, deletion, or removal from Pipestash updates by emailing [email protected]. You can also unsubscribe from any marketing email we send. Client data requests may need to go through the client organization that controls the data.

Children

Pipestash is a B2B agency for revenue and GTM teams. This site and our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information to Pipestash, email [email protected] and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we materially change how we handle website inquiries, client data, or personal information, we will update this page and the "last updated" date above. If a change materially affects an active client engagement, we will address it with that client directly.
